IA Manufacturing uses production equipment with resins, high strength thermoplastics and metals. In this field, its specialty is based on improving the original designs of the models to be reproduced so that they are optimal for their manufacture and also to reduce the use of material and increase their resistance.
Manufacture of interactive models and exhibition elements
They use additive and subtractive manufacturing techniques and implement automation, sensors and 3D visualization technologies, such as virtual reality or augmented reality, to add additional information to physical models and reproduce industrial processes in a way that is easy for anyone to understand and that facilitates their customers’ business and institutional processes.

Before acquiring the 3D printer, IA Manufacturing was aware of its advantages and needed technology that could produce complex structures such as a refinery tube rack without having to adapt the design to the production method. 3D Systems’ MJP technology was the best solution in this respect, as it uses wax to support cantilevered structures and this wax is removed by applying heat, so there is no risk of removing them.
