Nylon 12 Powder
Offering a balance of strength and precision, Nylon 12 Powder is an extremely versatile material, suitable for both functional prototyping and the production of complex assemblies and durable end-use parts with high environmental stability. Our Nylon 12 Powder has been specifically designed for use within Fuse 1.
Nylon 12 Powder is ideal for:

Fuse Sift 120V/230V
Fuse Sift is a safe and efficient powder recovery system for the Fuse 1 3D printer. This integrated and easy-to-use workstation combines part extraction, recovery, storage and powder mixing in one independent device, establishing itself as the most functional single device available in the SLS market.
- Compact integrated system: a negative atmospheric pressure keeps the powder inside, allowing free access and easy cleaning.
- Reduced waste: thanks to a 30% material regeneration rate, you can print using up to 70% recycled powder, forever. The Fuse Sift’s sieve filters out particles and allows you to re-mix used powder with new powder for future prints.
- Automatic powder mixing: The Fuse Sift automatically dispenses and mixes new powder with used powder to reduce waste and control your powder supply.
- Non-stop printing: reduce downtime by swapping print bays and powder cartridges between Fuse 1 and Fuse Sift for a non-stop cyclic workflow.
A comprehensive toolkit: The Fuse Sift includes a set of finishing tools to help you easily remove excess powder from parts.
Fuse 1 Build Chamber 120V/230V
Reduce downtime by swapping print bays and powder cartridges between Fuse 1 and Fuse Sift for a seamless cyclic workflow.
Each Fuse 1 includes a print chamber that is compatible with the Fuse 1 and Fuse Sift. Having a replacement print chamber within the toolkit allows you to start a new print as soon as the previous project is completed. When the print is complete, remove the print chamber from the Fuse 1 and move it to the Fuse Sift for cooling, parts removal and material recovery.

This steel stand brings the Fuse 1 to an ergonomic height and keeps the printer stable and level, allowing easy access to the print bay and touchscreen display
Industrial Vacuum 110V/230V
The Fuse Sift Dust Collection Station incorporates a separately sold external hoover to keep your work area clean, efficient and safe. The integrated hose and controls allow you to easily tidy up the work area, clean the print bay or remove debris from the sieve mesh.
Due to the potential hazards associated with the powders, a static dissipative hoover that complies with NFPA 652 is required. This Class II, Division 2 hoover meets all safety requirements for Fuse Sift.
Fuse 1 Powder Cartridge
Reduce downtime by swapping modular powder cartridges and print bays between Fuse 1 and Fuse Sift for a seamless cyclic workflow.
Use the powder cartridge to load the material released from the Fuse Sift into the reservoir of Fuse 1. The powder cartridge is also used as a container for mixing used and new powder.
Fuse 1 Replacement Exhaust Air Filter
Fuse 1 uses an exhaust filter to remove the by-products of sintering from the exhaust.
Fuse 1 Replacement Intake Air Filter
Fuse 1 uses a suction filter to remove any contaminants from the air being drawn into the printer.
Fuse 1 Optical Cassette
All SLS printers require operators to clean the optical components before each print job, and to do so often requires the disassembly of complex systems. The Fuse 1 protects the optical components with an optical cassette designed to be installed and removed without the use of tools.
Each Fuse 1 includes two optical cassettes, allowing you to seamlessly replace a used cassette with a clean one and immediately start another print job.
Fuse Sift 150 Sieve
As parts are removed from the Fuse Sift, the non-sintered powder is dislodged and channelled into the sieve below the work area. This sieve filters out any residue or fragments to keep the powder clean. The recycled powder can then be stored in a special tank before being mixed with new powder for the next print job.
Fuse Sift HEPA Air Filter
To filter out dust, a HEPA filter is used in conjunction with the Fuse Sift’s air treatment system. This allows the Fuse Sift to maintain negative pressure under the lid and minimise dirt in the working area.
